The Norton Agency has a full complement of technical and construction engineering logistics personnel that can be employed on a project-by-project, hourly basis or on a full-time assignment to complete unfinished development, individual homes or to help in the severe stabilization of certain properties.
This service can be used in consultation during the pre-foreclosure period to develop clear property project assessments and cost breakdowns.
The division has strong relationships with land planners, engineers, surveyors, contractors and architects as well as on-going relationships with North Georgia governmental agencies to walk any size project through the permitting and regulator process.
Norton is the only firm that has in-house development fee consultation services.
