ASSESSMENT
We provide pre- and post-foreclosure assessments of property to include real value, reality-based market conditions and honest advice on the best way to stabilize property and present the property in the best light for marketing in order to maximize recovery for our clients.
Assessments of condition must be completed within 15 days of the foreclosure date and again immediately after the court sale and upon move-out disposition. Unfortunately, it is our experience that owners who are faced with impending foreclosure have a tendency to rape a property in their last 30 days of occupancy.
Involving Norton early in the pre-foreclosure process allows the lender to get clearer pictures of the property, market and neighborhood conditions that might affect sales ability and unforeseen obstacles relating to environmental (or other noxious) issues prior to actual foreclosure.
